What is required to reserve a date?
To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 25% initial payment. The remaining balance and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is divided into convenient monthly payments which are completed 60 before your event.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Events may be canceled at any time, though payments made (excluding the security deposit) are non-refundable. One date change is allowed within one year of the original date and is subject to current pricing.
What is included in the venue rental?
Our rental includes exclusive access to the property, use of our ceremony and reception spaces, and access to dedicated getting-ready areas. We also provide ceremony chairs, reception tables and chairs, linens, and full setup, breakdown, and cleanup of all included items.
Can we use our own vendors?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own licensed and insured vendors. If you need recommendations, we can also provide a list of trusted local vendors who are familiar with our venue and consistently deliver excellent service.
